Do I need to order 200 rolls?+
No. There is no fixed minimum across all requests. Share the quantity you need; feasibility depends on sourcing options and total order costs.
Are these products in stock?+
The catalogue shows products you can ask me to source. Availability, exact colours and formats are checked when I prepare your quotation.
Are you an authorised Bambu Lab dealer?+
I operate as an independent sourcing contact. This website does not claim an official partnership or authorised dealer status with Bambu Lab. Original products may be requested and available source details are discussed before purchase.
Can I mix materials and colours?+
Yes, you can include several products in one enquiry. Specify the quantities and colours for each; I will confirm what can be sourced together.
Does my quote include delivery and import charges?+
The quotation will state what is included, what is excluded and the proposed delivery arrangements. Import charges and responsibilities are clarified before you confirm the order.
How soon will you reply?+
My online hours are Monday–Sunday, 09:00–18:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8). Messages received outside these hours will be reviewed when I am next online. A confirmed quotation may take longer while I check supply and delivery options.
