What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, delivery destination, optional company name, delivery city and postal code, preferred quote currency and timing, selected products and colours, material, quantity and request details. We use these to assess your request, communicate with you and prepare a sourcing quotation. Do not send payment card information or identity documents through this form.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. Hostinger provides website hosting and database storage. WordPress runs this website and stores submitted enquiries. An email notification containing enquiry details may be sent to the operator through the hosting mail service; email delivery is not guaranteed. Information may be processed outside your country and accessed by the operator in China. Contact details are not published on the website. We do not sell enquiry data.

Abuse prevention

We use a hidden form field and a daily pseudonymous hash derived from the connection address to limit repeated submissions. Your quote list is stored locally in your browser so it can survive a page refresh. Contact information is not saved to this local list. We do not add advertising trackers in this version. Hosting providers may maintain operational or security logs.

How long information is kept

Enquiry data is used while evaluating or following up your request. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that is no longer needed. If a transaction proceeds, relevant records may be kept for business or applicable record-keeping needs.

Your choices

Contact the email above to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, or to stop follow-up. Include your enquiry reference if available. These requests are assessed in light of any applicable record-keeping requirements.

Direct contact links

WhatsApp and email links open services outside this website. A WhatsApp follow-up link can include the enquiry details you choose to send. Those services process information under their own policies. Saving an enquiry here does not send a WhatsApp message. The website attempts an email notification to the operator; the enquiry remains saved in the private WordPress dashboard even if notification delivery fails.
